2000 Château Latour Premier Cru Classé Pauillac, Bordeaux, FranceABOUT THIS WINE The 2000 vintage of Chteau Latour was crafted from a blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot, with the majority of the wine driven by the signature Cabernet Sauvignon, known for its depth and structure. After hand harvesting, the grapes were meticulously sorted and fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine then underwent malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, followed by an extensive aging period of 18 months
